Once payment is confirmed, your order will be processed within 1–2 business days. Please note that processing times may be extended during high-volume periods. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is on its way.

International Shipping

Order Tracking
Tracking information is emailed to you at the time of shipment. If you do not receive your tracking details within 1–2 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
We take shipping incidents seriously. If your package is lost or damaged, email us at support@kaylla.shop within 7 days of the expected arrival date. Provide your order number and any supporting photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Address Accuracy
